
Brooklyn Philharmonic Musicians

Become a contributing artist to the Brooklyn Philharmonic! Create a video to accompany composer Randy Woolf's piece, Try to Believe, and you could have your work displayed at the Brooklyn Museum with the Brooklyn Philharmonic! Everyone can participate and anyone can win. Follow the directions below and your video will be reviewed by an excellent panel of judges, including Michael Christie, film director Mary Harron (American Psycho), film director John Walsh (Pipe Dream), and Randy Woolf. It will also be available for the general public to vote on. The winner will have his video performed at the final Music Off The Walls concert - Traversing the Mushroom Kingdom - on April 27th - and take home Adobe CS3 Production Premium. |

| 3. Become a member of YouTube (if you are not already) by visiting www.youtube.com |
| 4. Upload your video to your YouTube account. |
| 5. Go to www.youtube.come/group/trytobelievecontest, the Brooklyn Philharmonic Believe You Can Win video contest group and click the "Join This Group" link. |

| 1. ELIGIBILITY: This contest (the "Contest" is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents) and household members, of The Brooklyn Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, Inc. ("BP"). Entrants under the age of 18 years old must provide approval from their parent/legal guardian. |
| 2. To enter, create an original video accompanying Try to Believe and submit it to the BP Try to Believe Video Contest group on YouTube.com |
| 3. Entrant hereby acknowledges that the video entry shall be an original creation and shall not contain excerpts of any kind of copyrighted works whether visual or audio. Moreover, entrant hereby acknowledges that it has obtained all necessary right to disseminate or exhibit the image and/or voice of any individual in the video. Entrant hereby indemnifies and holds BP and BP's promotional partners harmless from any breach of this Section 3 by entrant. |
| 4. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and how well they match Try to Believe. |
| 5. All prizes must be accepted as awarded - no substitutions or tyransfers of prizes are permitted. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part: Decisions of the contest judges are final. | 6. Entrant is hereby granted the limited non-exclusive license to utilize Randall Woolf's musical composition Try to Believe for the sole purpose of submitting a video entry to this Contest. By entering the Contest the entrant acknowledges that entrant has no right to disseminate or exhibit Randall Woolf's musical composition Try to Believe as provided for in this Section 6. Entrant is hereby granted the limited non-exclusiv license to utilize Randall Woolf's musical composition | 7. Winner hereby grants BP any and all rights necessary to disseminate or exhibit entrant's video entry in all media whether now known or hereafter created in perpetuity and throughout the universe. | 8. Winners agree to the use of their name, photograph and/or likeness to be used without compensation for publicity and promotion purposes. In addition, Winners shall be required to sign an affidavit of compliance with these rules on behalf of BP. Winners will also be required to sign a form releasing the BP and their promotional partners from any and all liability related to the videos submitted by such winners or the prizes or any use thereof. |
