Supporting Music Education

BP believes that a complete education includes the arts, and is the right of every child. Therefore, we are continually advocating for comprehensive, sequential music education, taught by a licensed music specialist to be available during the school day in all NYC Public Schools.

We work toward this goal by:
    - Professional Development sessions for teachers and administrators
    - Principal's night events
    - Promoting public performance of student work
    - Membership in the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable
        (Advocacy and Professional Development Organization)
